EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY
If you are not satisfied with the product or change your mind about the purchase, you can request an exchange or return within 7 days from the receipt of the order. However, the product must be in the same condition in which it was received/purchased (in the original packaging, without signs of use and containing all accessories and labels).
How do I request an exchange or return?
Log in to the website with your username and password. Go to the "My Account" tab and then "My Orders". Search for your purchase and request the exchange, informing the reason for the exchange/return, name of the new product, as well as model, color and size, when applicable. The exchange/return can only be made by the holder of the order, in the account of the holder of the purchase.
How do I send the product to be returned/exchanged?
The customer will receive an authorization code for postage by email (the same one registered in the order), which must be posted at a post office. The product must be in its original packaging or brown paper, so that its box or packaging is not damaged, and the invoice and the reverse code sent must be attached to the package. After receipt, a maximum of 7 days will be allowed for analysis of the product. After this analysis and if no damage is found, the exchange or refund will be made and the buyer will be informed.
I made an exchange, but I want to make a second request. Is this possible?
All charges for the first exchange attempt will be TUPODE's responsibility. In the second and last exchange request for the same order, a new shipping charge will be made to the applicant.
How do I exchange for a product of a different value?
The choice must be limited to the product's maximum value. If there is a price difference, the difference must be paid by deposit into a checking account, transfer or PIX before a new product is sent. If there is a surplus of the amount paid, a credit voucher will be generated to be used on the next purchase and not a refund.
I made the first attempt to exchange, but it did not meet my expectations. Can I request a refund?
After exchanging a product, it is not possible to request a refund or a refund. The buyer can make a new choice based on the stock available in our online store and will be responsible for shipping costs.
Products with manufacturing defects
According to the Consumer Protection Code, the customer has the right to exchange the product within 90 days from the date of receipt of the product for manufacturing defects. In this case, videos and/or photos must be sent via WhatsApp +55 11 99902-2619 alleging the defect in order to exchange or return the item.
